Shipping & Delivery
- At Stamp Mart India, we aim to process and deliver every order safely and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Coverage
We provide doorstep delivery for all eligible products across India through DTDC Courier and India Post Speed Post.
Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹600.
- A flat standard shipping charge of ₹80 applies to orders of ₹600 or less.
- Shipping charges apply per order—not per item. For example, if you purchase 10 items in a single order, you will pay only one shipping charge of ₹80.
- There is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value.
- Express Shipping charges, when available, will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Most confirmed orders are dispatched on the next working day.
Large-quantity orders and customized products—including logo stamps, embossing seals and products requiring additional artwork or production work—may take longer to process. The expected dispatch time depends on the product, quantity and customization requirements.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date on which the order is placed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Courier and Tracking Information
Orders are currently delivered through DTDC Courier or India Post Speed Post, depending on service availability and the delivery location.
Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment through the relevant courier service.
Order Verification and Cancellation
Stampmart.in reserves the right to place an order on hold, delay dispatch, cancel an order or recall a shipment if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Stampmart.in may also refuse or cancel orders containing incorrect, misleading, duplicate, unauthorized or potentially fraudulent content, or orders submitted with incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
If an order is cancelled by Stampmart.in, the customer will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
